Privacy policy
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track your behaviour. I only process personal data when you contact me yourself through the contact form or by email.
Who is responsible

What data and why
- Your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message from the contact form.
- I only use this data to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
- The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long
I keep your message for as long as we are in contact and for no more than 12 months after our last contact if no collaboration follows. If we do work together, I keep the data for the duration of the contract and any period required by law.
Who has access
I never sell your data or share it for marketing. To run this website and deliver your message I use these processors:
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting (technical server logs, such as IP address).
- Resend, Inc. – delivering form messages to my inbox.
- Google (Gmail) – the inbox the messages arrive in.
These providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards set out in their terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just email me at the address above. If you believe I handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
